Corps Officer & Director
​Daniel Rowe
Captain Daniel strives to empower others to see their full potential and who God truly wants them to be. Recognizing collaboration is the way forward, Daniel seeks to bring the best of everyone together to accomplish the mission of The Salvation Army of meeting human needs in the name of Jesus. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his three boys, playing video games, or learning about history.
Captain Daniel has completed his graduate level education with a Master of Arts in Leadership from Trinity Western University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Booth University College and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology.
Community Ministries Officer
Bhreagh Rowe
Captain Bhreagh is passionate about building the Kingdom one family at a time. Being a mom of three wild boys, Bhreagh recognizes the importance of having Jesus at the center of your home and building the foundation out of which everything flows. Leading as a Community Ministries Officer, Captain Bhreagh focuses on building community relationships, making sure our programs are relevant, and generally keeping her finger on the pulse of the community.
Captain Bhreagh has completed her graduate level education with a Master of Arts in Ministry Studies with a focus on Women’s Leadership from Grace University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Booth University College.
Community Family Services Coordinator
Betty fraser
Betty is our resident “best friend” and is always ready to lend a hand and make you laugh in the process. She has been working for The Salvation Army in St. Albert for 8 years and takes care of everything from Christmas Kettles to Summer Day camp, our Hope Company Market and everything in between. Betty has a passion to help people, is great at building connections with our community partners and is an invaluable member of our team.
Youth Outreach Worker & Director/Founder of The Bunker
Andrew Waine
Andrew believes that all youth deserve to feel cared for, have someone they can lean on when they need to, and be encouraged for success. As the Youth Outreach Work & Directer/Founder of The Bunker, Andrew coordinates and runs our youth programs, camps and outreach. In his free time you can catch Andrew hanging out with his wife, playing video games, shooting hoops, or having coffee.
Andrew has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from The University of Alberta and is currently working on his Masters of Counselling Psychology at CityU Seattle University.
Community Outreach Worker & Marketing Coordinator
Natasha Waine
Natasha is passionate about being creative, creating connections and inspiring and sharing hope through marketing. She is also passionate about youth, especially girls and helping them through the tough trials of being a teen girl! As the Community Outreach Worker & Marketing Coordinator, Natasha coordinates our marketing and community relations efforts including handling our social media platforms, marketing campaigns, newsletters, graphic design, photography and our website. She also assists Andrew at The Bunker Youth Drop-in and runs our Bunker Girls Group. In her free time she loves to travel, eat good food and hang out with her husband and cat.

Natasha has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Marketing and minor in Psychology from The University of Alberta.
Administrative Assistant
Dana mcintyre
Dana provides administrative support to our Salvation army team. She brings over 10 years of customer service and administrative skills to the table. She will always greet you with a smile and her bubbly personality will always be up for a good chit chat.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Dana somewhere connecting with nature with her husband and kids. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys the little things in life. She also loves road trips and finding new places to explore!
Custodian
Terry cook
Terry is our “jack of all trades” guy. He is our master caretaker and looks after keeping everything running well and clean. He is always ready to lend a hand, help with a crazy project and serve with a willing and grateful heart. You will more than likely find Terry mowing our lawn with a Pepsi in hand and a smile on his face. We couldn’t do all that we do on site without Terry.
